At X-4RCE, we believe that no man should face life’s struggles alone. Based in Luton, we offer free peer led support groups, one to ones, fitness sessions, educational sessions, and volunteering opportunities give men a safe, judgment-free space to talk, listen, and heal. What you see here isn’t staged—it’s real people showing up for each other, week after week.

💚 Powering Change Together

Greenway Solar are fundraising to support our vision of a new Mental Health Support Bus for Luton.

Through their incredible efforts, Duncan and the Greenway Solar team are raising money to help us bring free, community-based mental health support right where it’s needed most.

This bus will be a safe, welcoming space for men in Luton, tackling isolation, promoting wellbeing, and creating real opportunities for change.

Thank you to our funders

National lottery community fund

Luton citizens fund

X-4RCE Bootcamp began in early 2025, with the help of the Luton citizens fund. This funding has supported the creation of a free weekly fitness session for men in the community. At Bootcamp we recognise the connection between physical and mental health. Thank you to all the residents that voted for us.

Small grants fund

One of the aims of X-4RCE is to get men out in their community supporting one another, their friends, and their families.
