X-4RCE Kicking Off 2025 with Growth, Partnerships, and Big Wins!

2025 has already been a massive year for X-4RCE, and we’re only just getting started!

We’ve expanded our reach, strengthened our partnerships, and secured funding to bring even more support to those who need it. Our men's mental health groups have grown, with a new weekly session in Dunstable in partnership with Dunstable Town FC, alongside our existing Luton and online groups. That means three opportunities every week for men to connect, talk, and support each other.

I’ve joined the board at AFC Awareness, further cementing our relationship in the football community, and taken on the role of Mentor Coordinator at BNI, allowing me to build even more valuable connections to support X-4RCE’s work.

Partnerships have been a major focus, and we’re now working closely with Luton Borough Council to expand our impact. We’ve also partnered with Signposts to offer mental health support to homeless individuals and have been meeting with Phoenix PCN to get social prescribers referring people to our services.

On top of this, we’re adding a brand-new layer to our support sessions: workshops led by myself and other professionals, offering more in-depth guidance, education, and skills to help people on their mental health journeys. Alongside this, I’ve been delivering talks and workshops in other spaces to spread the message even further.

And finally, a huge milestone, our X-4RCE Bootcamp secured funding through the Citizens Fund! This will provide free fitness sessions for men, removing financial barriers and using exercise to support mental well-being. We aim to launch in late March.

This year is already shaping up to be huge for X-4RCE, and there’s plenty more to come. If you want to get involved, now is the time!
