Our Founder and CEO Wade Wilson

Wade is a dedicated student passionate about mental health advocacy. His journey with X-4RCE began in 2023, and he has been a driving force in our journeyto help men with their mental health. Wade is our leader, counsellor, spokesperson and runs all areas of X-4RCE.

Director Jack O'Shea

Jack is a seasoned sales professional with years of experience in charity work and fundraising. As a passionate advocate for men’s mental health, Jack draws on his personal experiences as a service user of X-4RCE to foster meaningful community partnerships and help drive our mission forward. His deep understanding of mental health challenges, combined with his professional expertise, makes him an invaluable part of the X-4RCE team. Jack is committed to helping others find the support they need, just as he has.

Director Jasbir Nangla

Jasbir is the technical expert behind X-4RCE’s visual projects, specialising in production, editing, and the creative design of the comic All on Red. As co-director of Two Sides Studios, he prefers to work behind the camera, ensuring every project runs smoothly and looks its best. Jasbir and his brother won the Breakthrough Award at the Bute Street Film Festival for their documentary Tipping Point, a film that captures the cultural vibrancy of Luton. His technical expertise, passion for storytelling, and contribution to the comic are invaluable to X-4RCE’s mission.

Director Jaspal Nangla

Jaspal is a creative storyteller and the driving force behind the narrative of X-4RCE’s comic book All on Red. As co-director of Two Sides Studios, he brings his expertise in crafting compelling narratives for both comics and film. Jaspal, alongside his brother, won the Breakthrough Award at the Bute Street Film Festival for their documentary Tipping Point, which sheds light on Luton’s rich arts and culture. His creativity and vision help spread the message of X-4RCE in impactful ways.

Director Laura Conder

Laura is a freelance journalist with a wealth of experience across various media platforms, including the BBC and GB News. With a strong passion for community service, Laura uses her communication expertise to amplify X-4RCE's message, bringing mental health awareness to a broader audience. Her extensive knowledge of the media world is instrumental in helping X-4RCE build partnerships, grow our reach, and engage with the public in meaningful ways. Laura’s dedication to our cause is reflected in her ability to spread awareness and foster community connections
